Is it really free?
Yes. Creating sheets and signing up is free and unlimited. We pay for the upkeep of the site with a few small, clearly marked ads. No pop-ups, and nothing that gets in the way of your sheet.
Do my guests need an account or an app?
No. They open your link in any browser, pick a slot and type their name. That's it.
How do I edit my sheet later?
When you create a sheet you get a private organizer link. Open it to edit slots, see everyone, remove people, close sign-ups or delete the sheet. We also remember it on the device you used.
What if I lose my organizer link?
Check "Your sheets" on this page on the device where you created it. Because we don't use accounts or know who you are, we can't send a lost link to you, so save it somewhere safe.
Can people change or cancel their sign-up?
Yes. Their device remembers the sign-up so they can remove it with one tap, and they get a private link to change it from another device.
Who can see the names?
You decide. By default everyone with the link can see who signed up for what (handy for potlucks). Turn it off and guests only see how many spots are left; you always see all names.
Can I print it or put it on a poster?
Yes. Every sheet has a QR code you can download and print on a poster or flyer, and a print button for a paper copy. People who sign up for a dated slot can add it to their calendar with one tap.
How long is my sheet kept?
Until 30 days after the last date on the sheet (or 180 days after your last edit if it has no dates). Then it's deleted automatically. You can delete it yourself at any time.
