Team snack schedule
Most youth sports teams rotate snacks and drinks between families. A shared schedule takes the coordinating off the coach's plate: parents pick a game and the whole season is covered.
No account needed for you or your guests.
How it works
- Start from the template. The slots are already filled in. Change names, dates and spots to fit your plans.
- Share one link. Send it by WhatsApp, email or text. People open it on any phone or computer.
- Watch it fill up. Everyone picks a slot and types their name. Full slots close automatically, and a waitlist catches anyone who missed out.
Setting up the season
Create one slot per game with the date. The template starts with eight Saturdays, and you can add or remove games to match your schedule.
Put the basics in the description: how many players, halftime or after-game snacks, and whether drinks are included.
Keep it simple
Water and orange slices are a classic for a reason. Suggest easy, healthy options so nobody feels they need to outdo the previous week.
Tips
- Add tournament days as separate slots with two or three spots.
- Mention allergies on the team in general terms.
- Share the link in the team group chat at the first practice.
- If a game is canceled, edit the date of that slot. Whoever signed up stays on it.
- Use the same sheet for carpooling by adding "Driver" slots per away game.

Create your sheetQuestions
Can two families share a game?
Yes. Set the slot to two spots instead of one.
Do I need an account as the coach?
No. You get a private organizer link when you create the sheet. Save it somewhere safe.
Can parents remove themselves?
Yes, from the same phone they signed up on, or with the private link they get after signing up.
